ADELA VASQUEZ
Adela Vasquez, 94, passed away on Friday, June 25, 2021 in Laredo, Texas.
Mrs. Vasquez was born in Laredo, Texas and had been a lifelong resident.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Pablo Z. Vasquez.
Son, Ruben Alonso Vasquez.
Parents, Encarnacion and Ignacia Villarreal.
She is survived by her children, Nora D. (Carlos Jr.) Salas and Pablo A. (Blanca E.) Vasquez.
Daughter-in-law, Maria Vasquez.
Grandchildren, Alejandra (Marcial) Obregon, Carlos Salas III., Ursula (David de la Rosa) Salas, Eudelia Vasquez, Ruben Alonso, Jr.. (Mirna) Vasquez, Belinda Vasquez (Albert Constantino) and Grecia Valeria Vasquez.
Great-grandchildren, Alejandro Obregon, Armando Obregon, Mathew Evan Vasquez and Ruben Alonzo Vasquez III.
Also surviving her are other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 28, 2021 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. at the
Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. at San Bernardo Ave.
Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, June 29, 2021. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
