AGUSTIN '"KIKO" RODRIGUEZ JR. Agustin "Kiko" Rodriguez Jr., 57, passed away on Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at a local hospital. Mr. Rodriguez was born in Matador, Texas and had been a resident of Laredo, Texas for most of his life. He is preceded in death by his parents, Agustin and Estela Rodriguez. Brothers, Jose Maria Rodriguez and Gilberto Rodriguez. He is survived by his wife of 39 years of marriage, Lamar G. Rodriguez. Children, Louis (Irene Castillo) De La Cruz, Maria Elena Rodriguez, Betty Jo Rodriguez, Felix Agustin Rodriguez, Miguel Angel (Rebecca Michelle) Rodriguez, Mario Luis Rey (Irma Garza) Rodriguez and Lamar Aurora Louise Rodriguez. Grandchildren, Raul Angel, Matilda Estela, Luis Hector, Louis Hector, Koriama Katrina, Carlos Enrique, Moesha Marie, Yasmin Marie, Luis Angel Enrique, Agustin Rey, Betty Marie Pilar, Omar, Felix Agustin, Anthony Ray, John Matthew, Evangelin Honor, Mario Luis Rey Jr., Jose Rene "Pepe" and David Liendo "Baby D." By his favorite dog, Miss Daisy. Also surviving him are brothers, sisters, numerous other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held on Friday, March 22, 2013 from 4 to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. at San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 23, 2013 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church. Committal services will be held at a later date.
