AGUSTIN SALINAS
Agustin Salinas, 84, passed away on Thursday, October 8, 2020, in Laredo, Texas.
Mr. Salinas was born in Villa Hidalgo, Coahuila, Mexico and was a long life resident of Laredo, Texas.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Jose and Francisca Salinas.
His beloved wife, Celia Salinas.
Sons, Hector Salinas and Agustin Salinas Reyes.
Brothers, Alfonso Salinas Vallejo and Eluterio Salinas Vallejo.
Sisters, Francisca Salazar, Petra Salinas, Hermila Salinas and Paula Salinas.
He is survived by his children, Maria Antonia (Moises) Vivian, Celia (Roberto) Ciprianes, Raquel (Miguel) Villasana, Elizabeth (Arturo) Flores and Jose Alejandro Salinas.
19 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Sister, Amalia Salinas Vallejo.
Also surviving him are other relatives and many friends.
Following the Ordinance by the State of Texas, visitations will be limited to 40 people inside our funeral home.
It is preferred for minor children not be allowed to attend services.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 9, 2020 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin departing at 10 a.m. on Saturday, October 10, 2020. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. at Mother Cabrini Catholic Church. Committal services will be held on a later date.
