ALBERTO GALICIA SERRANO

Alberto Galicia Serrano, 80, passed away on Friday, February 24, 2023.

Mr. Serrano was born in Mexico City, Mexico and was a long life resident of Arizona and passed away in Laredo, Texas.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Tiburcio Galicia and Sofia S. Galicia.

Son, Francisco Galicia.

Brother, Miguel Galicia.

He is survived by his loving wife, of 33 years of marriage, Irma Gloria Serrano.

Daughters, Yolanda Serrano, Miranda Serrano, Esperanza Galicia Islas and Erica Sofia Galicia Islas.

Sons, Alberto Javier Galicia Islas and Fabian Galicia Islas.

Sisters, Emma (Lorenzo) Zedillo, Susana (Fernando+) Martinez, Sofia (Oscar) Rodriguez, Alejandra (Fernando) Jimenez and Rocio (Guillermo) Vasquez.

Brothers, Miguel Martinez, Felipe (Patricia) Martinez, Domingo (Yolanda) Martinez and Jorge (Laura) Martinez.

Also surviving him are other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave . Fu neral services will begin departing the funeral home at 10:30 a.m. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m.  at St. Jude Catholic Church. Committal services will be held on a later date.
