BABY ALESSANDRA FERNANDA VASQUEZ Baby Alessandra Fernanda Vasquez, 3 months old, passed away on Thursday, January 26, 2012 in San Antonio, Texas. Baby Alessandra was born in Laredo, Texas. She is preceded in death by her Maternal great-grandmother, Lidia Villarreal. Maternal-grandfather, Fernando Soto. Paternal great-grandmother, Demetria Rodriguez. Paternal grandfather, Blas Aurelio Vasquez. Paternal uncle, Alfredo Vasquez. She is survived by her parents, Cesar Vasquez and Juanita Soto. Paternal grandmother, Marta R. Vasquez. Maternal grandmother, Esperanza Soto. Uncles and Aunts, Fermin (Christina) Vasquez, Leonel (Sonia) Vasquez, Rosendo (Tory) Vasquez, Dolores (Ronnie) Baker, Sylvia (Michael) Oliva, Sergio (Suzanne) Vasquez, Yvonne (Oscar) Perdomo, Fernando (Graciela) Soto Jr., Lydia (J.J.) Gonzalez, Esther Hernandez, Lupita (Miguel) Pichardo and Arturo Soto. Also numerous great aunts, uncles, cousins, numerous other relatives and many friends. Alessandra's parents, Cesar and Juanita would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the physicians and the medical staff of the PICU and NICU at Santa Rosa Children's Hospital in San Antonio, and the physicians and medical staff of the NICU at Laredo Medical Center for their compassion and loving care given to Alessandra during her time under their care. Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 29, 2012 from 4 to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 6:30 p.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. at San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, January 30, 2012 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will then follow in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
