February 2, 1942 - June 21, 2023

Alicia Banda, 81, passed away on Wednesday, June 21, 2023.

Miss Banda was born in Laredo, Texas and was a lifelong resident.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Maximiano and Jesusa Banda.

Siblings, Ruben Banda, Ricardo Banda, Max Banda, Otila Oralia Shulte and Ofedia Banda.

She is survived by her siblings, Filiberto (Elida) Banda, Rogelio Banda and Rosa (Leo) Mendoza.

Sister in Laws, Estela Banda and Juanita Banda.

Also surviving her are numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

The Banda Family would like to offer a special "Thank You" to all her next door neighbors for their special attention and care.

Funeral services were held on Thursday, June 29, 2023 departing from the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave . Holy Mass was celebrated at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church. Committal services and interment followed at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

PALLBEARERS WERE: Leo J. Mendoza, Leo Mendoza, Juan Carlos Banda, Joaquin Banda, Mike Banda and Selena Banda.
