Alicia Ramos Vda. de Gutierrez Alicia Ramos Vda. de Gutierrez, 81, passed away Sunday, May 19, 2013 in Brady,Texas. Ms. Gutierrez was born in Catarina, Texas and had been a resident of Laredo, Texas for sometime. She is preceded in death by her husband, Miguel Gutierrez. Sons, Miguel Gutierrez, Jr. and Rodolfo Gutierrez. Parents, Andres and Francisca Ramos. Sister-in-Law, Isabel Ramos. She is survived by her children, Miguel Angel (Lourdes) Gutierrez from Lytle, Texas, Janie Gutierrez, Andres (Lourdes) Gutierrez, Sergio (Sylvia) Gutierrez, Martha Alicia (Juan Jose) Charles, Norma Idalia (Oscar) Ruiz from Brady, Texas, Sylvia (Greg) Prew, Raquel (Carlos Rene) Ramirez and Jorge (Maribel) Gutierrez. 39 grandchildren and 38 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter. Siblings, Raul (Marta) Ramos, Andres (Marta) Ramos, Aurora De Leon, Gloria (Dionicio) Hernandez, Humberto Ramos, Juan Manuel (Olga) Ramos, Consuelo (Arnulfo) Valdez and Ramiro (Lorena) Ramos. Also surviving her are numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2013 from 4 to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Southside Chapels, Loop 20, Zapata Hwy. Funeral services will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 23, 2013 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. at San Vicente De Paul Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will then follow in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
