AMALIA GARZA
Amalia Garza, 61, passed away on Saturday, June 19, 2021.
Mrs. Garza was born in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, Mexico and was a  longlife resident of Laredo, Texas.
She is preceded in death by her father, Gustavo Guerrero.
Son, Juan Ramon Garza Jr.
Brothers, Jesus Guerrero, Juan Antonio Guerrero.
Brother-in-Law, Anselmo Robledo.
She is survived by her loving husband, of 42 years of marriage, Juan Ramon Garza.
Children, Irma Florencia Garza, Daisy Karina (Juan Javier) Reyes, Jessica Amalia (Gerardo Huerta) Garza, Mireya Garza and Gustavo (Tessie) Garza.
21 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Mother, Florencia Guerrero.
Brothers, Jose Andres (Diana) Guerrero, Gustavo (Elvia) Guerrero and Sergio (Veronica) Guerrero.
Sisters, Virginia (Juan) Orosco, Angeles (Sabino) Morales and Blanca Robledo.
Also surviving her are other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 24, 2021 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home chapel at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, June 25, 2021. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Committal services will be held on a later date.
