ANA MARIA SAENZ Ana Maria Saenz, 88, passed away peacefully Sunday, April 22, 2012 at home surrounded by her family. Ms. Saenz was born in Linares Nuevo Leon, Mexico and had been a resident of Laredo most of her life. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Oscar Saenz, daughter, Yolanda Justice and great-grandson Brandon Green. She is survived by her children; Ana Denehie (Robert), Oscar Saenz Jr. (Martha), Delia Fahey (Eddie), Irene Martinez (Jaime), Tere Mullin (Terry), Juan Saenz (Rosalinda) and Christina Gonzalez (Ramiro). Grandchildren; Brenda Castillo, Gaby Esquivel, Priscilla Green, Ana Sanez, Juan Carlos Saenz, Oscar Saenz, Eric Del Barrio, J.J. Martinez, James Pottin, John Pottin, Jesse Pottin, Andy Lopez, Chris Saenz, Alex Gonzalez, Kristina Gonzalez, Rebecca Gonzalez, Alysaa Saenz and Andrew Sanez. Brothers and Sister; Jose Hernandez, Juan Hernandez, Mario Pedraza and Martha Moreno. 25 Great-grandchildren. Also surviving her are nephews, nieces, numerous other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 24, 2012 from 4 to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. and San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin Wednesday, Morning departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at San Luis Rey Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will then follow in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
