ANDREA AVELIA AGUILAR

Andrea Avelia Aguilar, 86, passed away on Wednesday, April 29, 2026 surrounded by her loving family.

Mrs. Aguilar was a "Devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother and mother-in-law."

She is preceded in death by her parents Dario and Andrea Martinez, her brother Armando Alonzo Martinez and her grandparents Atilano and Anacleta Liendo.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 65 years of marriage, Manuel Aguilar Jr.
By her son Manuel (Sonia) Aguilar III.
Grandchildren, Manuel Armando Aguilar, Andrea Marcela Aguilar, Vanessa Aguilar and Jose Luis Aguilar.
And a nephew Dario Martinez.

Also surviving her are other family members and many friends.

She will be greatly and dearly missed by her family and all those who knew and loved her.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 7, 2026 from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. and San Bernardo Ave. A Rosary will be held at 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home chapel at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, May 8, 2026. Holy Mass will be celebrated at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church at 11 a.m..Committal services will be held at a later date.
