ANDREA RODRIGUEZ Andrea Rodriguez, 20, passed away on Sunday, October 20, 2013 in Houston, Texas. Miss Andrea Rodriguez was born in Houston, Texas and had resided in Laredo, Texas for most of her life. She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Juan and Benita Leija. Paternal grandfather, Gilberto Rodriguez. 3 brothers, Ricardo Leija, Mario Alberto Gutierrez and Carlos Perez. She is survived by her mother, Lydia Leija Lopez. Father, Simon Pedro Rodriguez. Sisters, Jessica (Juan Manuel) Trevino and Erica Cassandra Bustillos. Brothers, George Leija Lopez and Simon Pedro Rodriguez, Jr. Paternal Grandmother, Andrea Ruiz. Also her boyfriend of 7 years, George Lopez. Also surviving her are uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews, nieces, numerous other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held on Friday, October 25, 2013 from 4 to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez & Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. at San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 26, 2013 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. at Mother Cabrini Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will then follow in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
