Obituary

ANGELICA DE HOYOS
Angelica De Hoyos, 77, passed away on Sunday, October 23, 2016 at a local hospital.
Mrs. De Hoyos was originally from Candela, Coahuila, Mexico and had been a resident  of Laredo for most of her life.
She is preceded in death by her son, Victor M. Armenta.
Parents, Rafael De Hoyos and Esther Lozano.
Sister, Maria Esther De Hoyos.
She is survived by her children, Fernando (Ariana) Armenta, Armando (Lorena) Armenta, Francisco J. ( Patricia) Armenta, Angelica Armenta, Martha Armenta, Nancy Armenta, Luis A. (Lourdes) Rios, J. Rafael (Evelia) Rios, Eva E. (Ruben) Rios and Arturo Rios.
27 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Brothers, Rafael De Hoyos and Rene De Hoyos.
Sisters, Leticia Carreon and Alejandra Veloz.
Also surviving her are nephews, nieces, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 26, 2016 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin at 9 a.m. on Thursday, October 27, 2016 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. at San Luis Rey Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will then follow in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
