MRS. ANGELICA G. JASSO Mrs. Angelica G. Jasso, 86, passed away on Saturday, September 28, 2013. Mrs. Jasso was born in Old Guerrero, Tamaulipas, Mexico and had been a resident of Laredo for most of her life. She was preceded in by her parents, Celso Guzman and Purificacion Guzman. Husband, Mr. Guadalupe M. Jasso, Sr. Children, San Juanita Jasso and Guadalupe Manuel Jasso, Jr. She is survived by her children, Mario (Lourdes) Jasso, Yolanda (Antonio) Salinas, Jr., Elodia (Mario) Maldonado and Enedelia (Raymundo) Martinez. 15 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. Sisters, Socorro (Antonio) Ortiz and Concepcion (Israel) Barrera. Also surviving her are numerous nephews, nieces, other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 2, 2013 from 4 to 9 p.m. and a Religious service will be held at in the Hernandez, Lopez & Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. at San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin at 8:15 a.m. on Thursday, October 3, 2013 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated 9 a.m. at San Vicente De Paul Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will then follow in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
