ANGELICA MONTALVO Angelica Montalvo, 85, passed away on Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at a local hospital. Mrs. Montalvo was born in Guerrero, Tamaulipas Mexico and had been a resident of Laredo for most of her life. She is survived by her children, Norberto Ybarra, Jesus Solis, Simon (Patricia) Solis, Bonifacio (Judy) Solis Jr., Sara Angelica (Matt) Simms and Edgar Solis. 11 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter. Sister, Irene Maranto. Also surviving her are other relatives and many friends. Visitation was held on Friday, July 27, 2012 from 4 to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased was held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Southside Chapels, Loop 20 and Zapata Hwy. Funeral services will begin at 9 a.m. on Saturday, July 28, 2012 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart Children's Home located at 3310 S. Zapata Hwy. Committal services and interment will be held in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas Mexico.
