ANITA C. PENA Anita C. Pena, 98, passed away on Thursday, April 19, 2012 in Laredo, Texas. Mrs. Pena was born in Linares N.L., Mexico and had lived most of her life in Laredo. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Eliseo Pena. She is survived by her brother, Alberto Trevino and Sister: Faustina Trevino. Nephews and Nieces: Juana (Arturo) Gomez, Francisca (Roberto) Aguilera, Juan (Araceli) Trevino, Dominga (Ramon) Gonzalez, Candelaria (Jose) Ramos, Oscar Trevino, Alfredo (Etelvina) Trevino, Roberto (Amelia) Trevino, Veronica (Ricardo) Dominguez and Gerardo Trevino. Also surviving her are other nephews and nieces, numerous other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 22, 2012 from 4 to 9 p.m. A rosary will be recited at 5 p.m. lead by the Guadalupanas and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. and San Bernardo Ave. Funeral service will begin at 8:05 a.m. on Monday, April 23, 2012 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 8:30 a.m. at San Luis Rey Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will then follow in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
