ANSELMO JESUS "CHEMO" ROBLEDO

Anselmo Jesus "Chemo" Robledo Jr., 53, passed away on Wednesday, April 1, 2020 at a local hospital.

Anselmo Robledo was born in Germany and was a life-long resident of Laredo, Texas. Anselmo loved his family unconditionally and had a great love for people. He was the man who would happily hand over the shirt on his back to help others. He lived by this teaching of Christ "Greater love has no one than this, that one laid down his life for his friends." – John 15:13. Anselmo had a passion for hunting, recreational shooting, and music. But the most important thing he loved the most was his family.

He is preceded in death by his father, Anselmo Miguel Robledo.

He is survived by his wife, Blanca Florencia Robledo.

Children, Reynaldo Miguel Robledo and Michael Anthony Robledo.

Mother, Rosa Maria A. Robledo.

Brother, Mario A. (Rocio) Robledo.

Sister, Rosa Maria Robledo.

Also surviving him are uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

In compliance with City Orders by the Mayor of the City of Laredo, a private Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 4, 2020 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7:30 p.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave. Committal services will be held on a later date.
