ARMANDINA MARTINEZ
Armandina Martinez, 79, passed away on Saturday, September 24, 2016 in Laredo, Texas.
She was born in Nueva Laredo, Tamps., Mexico and had been a long life resident of Laredo, Texas.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Luis and Benita Martinez.
Brothers, Louis E. Martinez, Fidel Martinez, Martin Martinez and Ernesto Martinez.
Sisters, Sara Villalpando, Margarita Gomez, Benita Vasquez, Esther Garcia, Luz Martinez and Dora Martinez+.
She is survived by her loving husband, of 55 years of marriage, Sixto Martinez Jr. and her daughters, Laura Martinez (Timothy Everett Bogue) and Cynthia Martinez.
Also surviving her are numerous other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 27, 2016 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the
Hernandez, Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave.
Funeral services will begin departing at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, September 28, 2016 from the funeral home chapel. A Holy Mass will be celebrated at 8:30 a.m. at San Luis Rey Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will then follow in the Laredo City Cemetery.
