ARMANDO MORALES Armando Morales, 55, passed away on Tuesday, June 5, 2012 in Laredo, Texas. Mr. Morales born was born in Laredo, Texas and had been a life long resident. Armando worked for H.E.B. for 25 years before he retired. He was a loving husband and an amazing father to his children. He was always helping others when he could. He was known as Mac Gyver and to his children as Bob the Builder because he always found a solution to everything. Even though we will no longer see his presence he will always be felt in our hearts. We will always remember him since he affected and touched the life of many. He was preceded in death by his parents, Adolio and Gloria Morales. He is survived by his wife of 25 years of marriage, Margarita V. Morales. Daughter, Debra Morales (Randy). Son, Armando Morales Jr. (Tatiana). Grandchildren, Leandra Lerma, Ashley Lerma and Leah Morales. Siblings, Adolio (Margarita) Morales, Ms. Guadalupe Morales, Juan Antonio Morales, Alfredo (Maria) Morales, Ana Isabel (Rene) Vargas and Julio Cesar (Gloria) Morales. Also nieces, nephews, numerous other relatives and many friends. The Morales Family would like to give a heartfelt thanks to Doctors Jorge and Eduardo Gomez-Vasquez and his staff and also to Dr. Jaime Sued and staff for all the special attention provided to Mr. Armando Morales. Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 8, 2012 from 4 to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. at San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, June 9, 2012 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be held at 10 a.m. at San Francisco De Javier Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will then follow in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
