ARNOLDO RODRIGUEZ
Arnoldo Rodriguez, 95, passed away on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 in Laredo, Texas.
Mr. Rodriguez was born in El Sauz, Texas and was a long-life resident of Laredo, Texas. He was a veteran of the United States Army, who served in World War II and was Honorably Discharged as a Corporal, who was duly awarded the World War II Victory Ribbon, Good Conduct Medal, EAME Theater Ribbon and One Bronze Service Star. Mr. Rodriguez was one of the founders of Mother Cabrini Catholic Church. He served as President of the Holy Men's Society, as well as the Organizer of the Men's Club. He was highly involved with the Cursillo Movement, under the guidance of Father Manente at San Francisco Javier Catholic Church. Mr. Rodriguez was a member of the San Vicente De Paul Knights Of Columbus. He will be dearly missed by all whose lives he touched.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Ramon and Susana Rodriguez.
His beloved wife, Elma P. Rodriguez.
Sons, Arnoldo Rodriguez Jr. and Lino Ramon Rodriguez.
Brothers, Armando Rodriguez, Amado Rodriguez, Alvaro Rodriguez, Arturo Rodriguez, and Bruno Rodriguez.
Sister, Ramoncita Guerra.
He is survived by his children, Olga (David) Kwiecien, Susie A. Coultress, Vilma N. (Julio) Delgado, Aldo (Adriana Belinda) Rodriguez and Veronica E. (Eduardo) Alvarado.
13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Also surviving him are numerous other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services were held on Saturday, May 25, 2019 departing from the
Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave.
Holy Mass was celebrated at 10 a.m. at Mother Cabrini Catholic Church. Committal services and interment follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery with presentation of the United States Flag and full military honors were provided by the United States Army Honor Guard out of Fort Sam Houston and the American Legion Post 59 of Laredo, Texas.
PALLBEARERS WERE: Aldo T. Rodriguez, Arnoldo Rodriguez III., Julio J. Delgado, Jorge D. Delgado, George N. Coultress and Gilbert Rodriguez.
HONORARY PALLBEARERS WERE: Jim Batalia and Jacinto Malacara.
