ARTURO SANTOS
Arturo Santos, 92, passed away on Thursday, March 22, 2018 in San Antonio, Texas.
Mr. Santos was born in Lockhart, Texas and had been a long life resident of Laredo, Texas.
He is preceded in death by his children, Jose Luis Santos, Jose Manuel Santos and Lydia Santos.
Parents, Manuel and Herminia P. Santos.
He is survived by his loving wife, of 73 years of marriage, Lucia Santos.
Children, Rosalinda Alvarado, Arturo (Esmeralda) Santos Jr., Armando (Bertha) Santos, Arnulfo (Maria) Santos, Dr. Juan Felipe (Janet) Santos, Alberto Santos, Leticia Santos and Adrian (Monica) Santos.
30 grandchildren and 44 great grandchildren.
Siblings, Alfonso Santos and Lilia Silva
Daughters in Law, Rosa Maria Santos and Maria Guadalupe Sauceda.
Also surviving him are numerous other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the
Hernandez, Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave.
Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home chapel at 9: 30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 28, 2018. A Holy Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. at San Luis Rey Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
