Aurora Villarreal

Mrs. Aurora Villarreal peacefully passed away on Sunday, March 25th, surrounded by  her loving family. She was 84 years old.

She will always be remembered by her loving ways and her witty spirit. She enjoyed being outside her yard and planting and caring for her plants.  She enjoyed "loteria" days with her sisters and loved being visited by family.

She was preceded in death by her devoted husband of 52 years, Eduardo Villareal; her son, Juan Carlos Villarreal; her parents, Santiago Cantu and Josefa Cantu; her sister, Guadalupe Cantu de Meza; her brothers, Jose Cantu, Israel Cantu, Ramiro Cantu and Jesus Cantu. She is survived by her children: Hilda (Antonio)Garcia, Toni (Armando+)Corral, Eduardo Villarreal Jr. , Blanca (Juan Antonio) Navarro, Diana (Antonio) Cabello, and Laura Villarreal.  Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren, Great Great-Grandchildren, siblings, nephews, nieces and other relatives and friends.

Pall Bearers : Eduardo Jr. Villarreal, Tony Garcia, Ricardo Santos, Daniel Santos, Armando Corral, Jon Stephens, Reno Gonzalez and Tony Cabello.

Prayer Services will be Wednesday, March 28th at 6:30pm at Hernandez Lopez and Sons, 800 Boston St. Visitation will be held from 4pm to 9pm. Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 29th at 9am at Hernandez Lopez and Sons.

Rites of Committal and Interment will follow at the family plot in the Laredo City Cemetery.
