Obituary

BALTAZAR C. PINEDA
Baltazar C. Pineda, 93, passed away on Friday, April 3, 2020,in Laredo, Texas.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Juan and Maria Luisa Pineda.
Daughter, Gloria Salinas.
Brothers, Andres Pineda, Jose Pineda and Juan Pineda.
Sisters, Asencion Pineda and Juanita Pineda.
He is survived by his loving wife, of 59 years of marriage, Maria Del Refugio Pineda.
Children, Guadalupe (Gustavo) Zamarripa, Margarita (Raul) Carreon, Maria (Juan) Lara, Virginia (Hector) Rodulfo, Juan (Sofia) Pineda, Baltasar (Yolanda) Pineda Jr. and Pedro (Jennifer) Pineda.
23 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Sisters, Esperanza Pineda and Amadita Pineda.
Also surviving him are other relatives and many friends.
In compliance with City Orders by the Mayor of the City of Laredo, a private visitation will be held on Monday, April 6, 2020 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home chapel at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 7, 2020. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. at Our Lady Of Guadalupe Catholic Church.
Committal services and interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
