BENITO RICARDO GONZALEZ
Benito Ricardo Gonzalez, 89, passed away on Tuesday, February 11, 2020, in Laredo, Texas.
Mr. Gonzalez was born in Laredo, Texas and was a lifelong resident.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Hilario and Macarita Gonzalez.
Sons, Manuel Gonzalez, Humberto Gonzalez and Ricardo Gonzalez.
Daughters, Patricia Gonzalez and Irma Veronica Gonzalez.
Brother, Jose Gonzalez.
Sister, Francisca Leven.
He is survived by his loving wife, of twenty eight years of marriage, Angela Cristina Gonzalez.
Children, Martin Gonzalez, Elisa (Felix) Torres, Gabriel Gonzalez, Fabian Gonzalez, Jorge (Dolores) Gonzalez, Cristina Lopez, Juan (Taylor) Gonzalez, Jose Carlos Gonzalez, Claudia M. Gonzalez, Jonathan Gonzalez, Lucy Diaz, Silvia (Julio) Vela-Hernandez, Bertha (Alberto) Salazar, Eva (Carlos) Diaz, Ana Laura Vela, Beatriz Castellanos and Rosaura (Juan) Lara.
Many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Also surviving him are other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 14, 2020 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the
Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave.
Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home chapel at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, February 15, 2020. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. at Mother Cabrini Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
PALLBEARERS WERE: Fabian Lopez, Vincent Lopez, Jose Gonzalez, Jonathan Gonzalez, Gabriel Gonzalez, Juan Gonzalez, Felix Torres and George Gonzalez.
