BERTA ALICIA CABALLERO TAMEZ

Berta Alicia Caballero Tamez, 84, passed away on Wednesday, July 10, 2024.

Mrs. Tamez was born in Laredo, Texas and was a lifelong resident.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Jesus Rodolfo Caballero Jr. and Josefina Caballero.
Siblings, Jesus Rodolfo Caballero III, Carlota Caballero Sosa, Raul Daniel Caballero, Humberto Caballero and Gloria Caballero.
She is survived by her loving husband, of 63 years of marriage, Alfonso Agustin Tamez Sr.
Son, Alfonso A. (Ana Laura )Tamez Jr.
Grandchildren, Alyssa Alana Tamez and Anissa Andrea Tamez.
Great grandchild. Alejandro Jesus Sandoval.
Sister, Bibi (Joe) Caballero Castañeda.
Also surviving her are other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 16, 2024 from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave . Committal services and interment will follow at the Laredo Catholic Cemetery.
