CARMEN V. LOBO

Carmen V. Lobo, 93, passed away on Wednesday, January 13, 2021.

Mrs. Lobo was born in Laredo, Texas and was a long life resident.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Jose Guadalupe and Ramona Villarreal.

Her beloved husband, Ramiro B. Lobo.

Daughters, Raquel Almendarez and Ramona Gomez.

Son, Tomas Lobo.

Granddaughter, Missy Gomez.

Son-in-Law, Juan A. Ortiz.

She is survived by her children, Ramiro (Sylvia) Lobo Jr., Maria Luisa Ortiz, Carmen L. (Polo) Ruiz, Eva Lobo and Angie (Phil) Raasch.

Grandchildren, Lydia Williams, Ramiro ( Barbie) Lobo III, Juan Angel (Monica) Ortiz Jr., Jose Ramiro (Carolina) Ortiz, Robert (Monica) Ruiz, Nicole (Edgar) Ochoa, Roque Ruiz, Aimee Ruiz, April (Randy) Acosta, George Vasquez, Kyle (Victoria) Lobo, Madison (Michael) Rodriguez, Laura (Pablo) Castro, Esmeregildo Almendarez, Eugenio Almendarez, Victor Almendarez, Laura (Frank) Valdez, Armando Gomez Jr., Alberto (Erica) Gomez, Judy (Joe) Rodriguez, Maria Luisa (Ernesto) Segura, Michael (Irasema) Lobo and Jennifer Lobo.

Many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

Sister, Josie Diaz De Leon.

Also surviving her are numerous other relatives and many friends.

Following the ordinance by the State of Texas, visitation will be limited to 40 people inside our funeral home.

It is preferred for minor children not be allowed to attend services.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 21, 2021 from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and a Liturgy of the Word, officiated by Rev. Deacon Hector D. Hernandez, will be held  at 11 a.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave. Committal services and interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
