CAROLINA PEREZ PROA
Carolina Perez Proa, 88, passed away on Monday, July 19, 2021.
Mrs. Proa was born in Guadalajara, Mexico and was a long life resident of Laredo, Texas.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Federico and Crispina Perez.
Her beloved husband, Refugio Proa.
Sister, Emma Perez.
Brothers, Abraham Perez, Raul Perez, Ruben Perez and Roberto Perez.
She is survived by her children, Refugio Proa Jr., Luis Armando (Rosie) Proa, Dora Elia (Samuel) Amaya, Ana Carolina Proa and Cesar Proa.
7 grandchildren.
Also surviving her are other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 23, 2021 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the
Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St.
Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home chapel at 10:05 a.m. on Saturday, July 24, 2021. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Committal services and interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
PALLBEARERS WERE: Refugio Proa Jr., Luis Armando Proa, Cesar Proa, Eric Proa, Samuel Amaya Sr., Samuel Amaya Jr., William Slemaker, Jeffrey Slemaker, Roberto Jaramillo and Roman Proa.
