CATARINA S. MEDINA
Catarina S. Medina, 92, passed away on Monday, March 7, 2016 in Laredo, Texas.
Mrs. Medina was born in Laredo, Texas and had been a life long resident.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Inez Medina.
Sisters, Maria Sandoval and Matilde Alaniz.
Brothers, Guillermo Sandoval, Agustin Sandoval and Refugio Sandoval.
Parents, Agustin and Maria Sandoval.
She is survived by her son, Fernando (Rosa) Medina Sr.
Grandchildren, Angelica A. Medina, Fernando (Amanda) Medina Jr., Raul David (Martha) Medina and Lucinda (Job) Sanchez.
10 great-grandchildren.
Brother-in-Law, Lorenzo (Maria) Medina.
Sister-in-Law, Candelaria Sandoval.
Also surviving her are nephews, nieces, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 9, 2016 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 6:30 p.m. in the
Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave.
Funeral services will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 10, 2016 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will then follow in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
