CONCEPCION COPENHAGEN

Concepcion Copenhagen, 84, passed away on Friday, June 23, 2023 surrounded by her family.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 51 years of marriage Glen David Copenhagen who passed away on May 13, 2002, her brothers and sister, Pedro Trevino, Antonio Trevino, Amada Trevino and Daniel Trevino, by her parents Jose M. Trevino and Petra Garza De Trevino and by her in-laws, Jesse Thurman Copenhagen and Fern Arleen Copenhagen.

She is survived by her daughter, Mary Ann (Martin) Trevino.

Her grandchildren, Chelsea Torres, Matthew Alexander Copenhagen, Ariana Torres, Esteban M. Torres, Xcaret Torres and Juan Pablo Torres.

Great-grandchildren, Romeo Torres, Noah Torres, Kaylee Zamarripa, Shelby Torres, Kylie Torres, Evelyn Zamarripa and Eduardo Torres.

Her brothers and sisters,  Blanca E. Trevino, Maria Guadalupe (Mario) Trevino de Perez and Alejandro (Rosie) Trevino.

Also surviving her are numerous other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services were held on Wednesday, June 28, 2023 departing from the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons Funeral Chapels, 800 Boston St. and San Bernardo Ave. A Liturgy of the Word was officiated by Rev. Deacon Leonard Aguillon in the funeral home chapel before committal services and interment which immediately followed the service in the Laredo City Cemetery.

PALLBEARERS WERE: Esteban Torres, Juan Pablo Torres, Martin Torres, Mary Ann Torres, Alejandro Trevino and Javier Lozano.
