CONSUELO TORRES

Consuelo Torres, 51, passed away on Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at a local hospital.

Mrs. Torres was born in Pozas de Santa Ana in San Luis Potosi, Mexico and was a long life resident of Laredo, Texas.

She will be dearly missed by all those whose lives she touched.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Antonio Torres Jr., Carlos Antonio Torres, Eduardo Torres and Ricardo Torres.

Parents, Carlos Garcia Alvarez and Antonia Alonzo Garcia.

Siblings, Nazaria Garcia Alonzo, Rosa Maria Garcia Alonzo, Modesta Garcia Alonzo, Gerardo Garcia Alonzo, Carlos Garcia Alonzo, Florencio Garcia Alonzo and Chito Garcia Alonzo.

Close friends, Luis Alonzo Garcia, Antonia, Rosa, Katy, Olgita and Elena.

Also surviving her are other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, April 15, 2019 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons Southside Chapels, Loop 20 and Zapata Hwy. Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home chapel at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 16, 2019. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. at San Vicente De Paul Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
