CORDELIA GUTIERREZ
Cordelia Gutierrez, 57, passed away on Friday, March 4, 2022.
Ms. Gutierrez was born in Laredo, Texas and was a lifelong resident. She was and Educator with Laredo Independent School District, for over 30 years, at Leyendecker Elementary. She will be dearly missed.
She is preceded in death by her brother, Leonardo Noel Gutierrez.
Parents, Jose G. and Maria del Refugio Gutierrez.
She is survived by her sister, Virginia Gutierrez.
Nephews, Jose A. Villarreal ( Angie), Gerardo N. Gutierrez (Maria Selgado), Theresa De Jesus Rodriguez, Rebekah Maria Rodriguez, Leonardo Noel Gutierrez Jr. (Yani), Jose Horacio Gutierrez (Angie) and Bernadette Gutierrez.
Sister-in-Law, Martha Gutierrez.
Also surviving her are other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services were held on Wednesday, March 9, 2022 departing from the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave . A religious service, officiated by Pastor Paul Frey, was held in the funeral home chapel with committal services and interment following at the Laredo City Cemetery.
PALLBEARERS WERE: Gerardo Gutierrez Sr., Gerardo Gutierrez Jr., Ricardo Mora, Jose H. Gutierrez, Leonardo N. Gutierrez Jr. and Armando Gutierrez.
