CYNTHIA DIANE SANCHEZ
Cynthia Diane Sanchez, 68, passed away on Tuesday, June 8, 2021.
Mrs. Sanchez was born in Galveston, Texas and was a long life resident of Laredo, Texas. She was employed at the Department of Transportation, for over 15 years. She will be dearly missed.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Mr. Eugene H. Sanchez and Mrs. Aurora Sanchez.
She is survived by her loving wife, of six years of marriage, Luz Maria Mendoza Sanchez.
Her dogs, Marley and Bonita, which provided her with unconditional love.
Also surviving her are aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and many friends.
The Sanchez Family would like to extend a very special "Thank You" to Dr. and Mrs. Armando Hinojosa, Vidal Trevino, Delia Trujillo, Juan Cruz, Rose Alvarez and Dorthy Alatorre.
In lieu of flowers, Mrs. Sanchez requests that donations be made to the Sacred Heart Orphanage Children's Home and to LAPS (Laredo Animal Protection Society).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 9, 2021 from 4 p.m to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the
Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave.
Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home chapel at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 10, 2021. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. at Mother Cabrini Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
