Obituary

DANIEL GUTIERREZ JR.
Daniel Gutierrez Jr., 83, passed away on Friday, May 29, 2020 at a local hospital.
Mr. Gutierrez was born in Laredo, Texas and had been a lifelong resident.
He is preceded in death by his parents,Daniel Gutierrez and Martha Villarreal.
Brothers, Dario Gutierrez, Roberto Villarreal and Pedro Villarreal.
He is survived by his loving wife, of 61 years of marriage, Maria D. Gutierrez.
Children, Daniel (Dalia) Gutierrez III., Ramon Ernesto (Alamar) Gutierrez and Cindy Gutierrez.
4 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Brother, David Gutierrez.
Also surviving him are numerous other relatives and many friends.
Following the Ordinance by the State of Texas, visitation will be limited to 25 % of capacity inside our funeral home.
It is preferred that minor children not be allowed to attend services.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 2, 2020 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home chapel at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, June 3, 2020. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church.
