DANIEL NIETO JR. Daniel Nieto, Jr., 58, passed away on Thursday, March 5, 2015 at his local residence. Mr. Nieto was born in Laredo, Texas and had been a lifelong resident. He is preceded in death by his parents, Daniel S. Nieto and Maria De La Rosa Nieto. He is survived by his wife, Maria Inez Nieto. Daughters and Son, Maria Guadalupe Aguirre, Daniel Vicente Nieto and Martha Alicia (Jorge) De Leon. 11 grandchildren. Siblings, Maria Rumalda Garcia, Evelyn Ramirez, Janie N. Rocha, David (Bertha) Nieto and Veronica N. (Mario) Rivas. Also surviving him are nephews, nieces, other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 8, 2015 from 4 to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. at San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin at 8 a.m. on Monday, March 9, 2015 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 8:30 a.m. at San Luis Rey Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will then follow in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
