DAVID LINO PUENTE
David Lino Puente, 67, passed away on Monday, April 18, 2022.
Mr. Puente was born in Laredo, Texas and was a resident of Killeen, Texas.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Guadalupe Avalos.
Father, Lino Puente.
Step-father, Humberto Avalos.
Great grandson, Enrique Lichtenberger.
He is survived by his loving wife, Diana P. Puente.
Children, David Lino Puente Jr., Brittany Puente, Nicholas (Crystal) Lichtenberger, Delfina Cuellar, Rebecca Shorts, Ashley Shorts (Jamal Williams) and Edward Shorts.
Many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Sisters, Angie (Jerry) Salinas, Annette (Manuel) Espinoza and Elizabeth Puente.
Brothers, Lino Puente Jr., Marcos Puente and Juan Angel Puente.
Also surviving him are other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services were held on Friday, April 22, 2022 departing from the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave . A chapel service was officiated in the funeral home chapel before committal services and interment which followed at the Laredo City Cemetery.
PALLBEARERS WERE: David Lino Puente Jr., Eddy Espinoza, Ricky Solis, Nicholas Lichtenberger, Martin Cuellar, Edward Shorts, William Cassels and Manuel Espinoza.
