Diana Gonzalez, 75, passed away on Tuesday, August 18, 2026. 

Ms. Gonzalez was born in Laredo, Texas and was a lifelong resident.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Carlos and Santos Gonzalez.

Brother-in-Law, Jesus Vela-Cuellar.

She is survived by her sisters, Sylvia G. Vela-Cuellar and Idalia (Enrique) Briseño.

Nephews and Nieces, Jesus (Vilma) Vela-Cuellar, Carlos (Roxi) Vela-Cuellar, Juan Vela-Cuellar, Christina (Zach) Paxton and Esteban Briseño.

Grand nephews, Nina Vela-Cuellar, Maya Vela-Cuellar, Danica Vela-Cuellar, Gabriel Vela-Cuellar, Ximena Vela-Cuellar and Chloe Paxton.

Also surviving her are other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2026 from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. and a vigil of the deceased will be held at 6 p.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave. Committal services will be held on a later date.
