DIANA LAURA GARZA

July 17, 1955 - September 7, 2022

Diana Laura Garza, 67, passed away on Wednesday, September 7, 2022 at a local hospital surrounded by her family.

Ms. Garza was born and raised in Laredo, Texas.

Preceding her in death were her husband Jose H. Garza, her parents, Jose and Juanita Sanchez, sister Irma Y. Soliz and by her brother Jose David Sanchez.

Surviving her are her siblings, Sara A. Sanchez, Jose Maria Sanchez Jr., Xavier (Cynthia) Sanchez and Sylvia E. Sanchez.

Also surviving her are numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Pallbearers will be Xavier Sanchez, Justo Garza, Trinidad Soliz III, Gilbert Sanchez, Jesse Navarro and Juan Machado.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 11, 2022 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. , A Vigil of the Deceased will be officiated at 7 p.m. in  in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. and San Bernardo Ave. Funeral Services will begin the funeral home chapel at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, September 12, 2022. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. at Mother Cabrini Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will be held at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery on a later date.
