DIEGO HERNANDEZ JR. Diego Hernandez, Jr., 81, passed away Sunday, June 1, 2014 at his local residence. Mr. Hernandez was born Laredo, Texas and had been a life long resident. He is preceded in death by his parents, Diego and Juana Hernandez. Sister, Estela Hernandez Granddaughter: Guadalupe Lluvia Davila He is survived by his loving wife, Yolanda Hernandez. Children, Diego (Mary) Hernandez, III., Marisela (Raquel) Hernandez, Gloria Hernandez, Jose Luis Hernandez, Maria Ernestina (Maria) Valdez, Griselda (Angel) Villalobos, Francisco (Araceli) Villalobos, San Juanita (Meliton) Amador and Angelica (Ricardo) Davila. 21 Grandchildren, 11 Great-Grandchildren Stepmother, Lydia Hernandez Also surviving him are numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4, 2014 from 4 to 9 p.m. and Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7:30 p.m. in the Hernandez- Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 5, 2014 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady Guadalupe Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will then follow in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
