DOLORES GARZA

Dolores Garza, 94 was called by the Lord on Thursday, January 12, 2023, surrounded by her family.

Mrs. Garza was born in Candela Coahuila Mexico and had been a lifelong resident of Laredo.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 42 years of marriage Blas Garza and her grandson Alejandro "Alex" Garza.

She is survived by her daughters and son; Imelda Garza, Alberto Garza, Ramona Garza and Maria Dolores (Enrique) Elizalde.

Her grandchildren; Eric Garza, Christian Garza, Amanda Garza, Natasha Reyna and Marcus Sifuentes.

Her great-grandchildren; Christian Alejandro Ames, Anastasia Arce, Devin Cruz and Luna Pescador.

Also surviving her are numerous other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services were held on Saturday, January 21, 2023 departing from the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. and San Bernardo Ave . Holy Mass was celebrated at 12 p.m. at San Jose Catholic Church. Committal services and interment followed in the Laredo City Cemetery.

PALLBEARERS WERE: Christian Alexandro Garza, Noe Sifuentes, Enrique Elizalde, Hector Manuel Garza, Eduardo Alonzo Garza and Luis Fernando Garza.
