DORA F. GONZALEZ Dora F. Gonzalez, passed away on Friday, November 11, 2011 at a local hospital at the age of 88. Mrs. Gonzalez was born and raised in Laredo, Texas. She is preceded in death by her loving husband Ponciano Gonzalez who passed away on February 13, 1989, by her son Ramiro Gonzalez, a daughter Juanita Yolanda B. Garcia, her brothers Felix Flores, Tomas Flores, Mariano Flores and Alfredo Flores and her sisters Guadalupe Flores, Estela F. Cardenas and Alicia F. Villalobos. She is survived by her Sons and Daughters; Felix J.l (Magda) Gonzalez, Olga (Don) Ruth, Jesus P. (Diana) Gonzalez, Dora (Luis) Guardiola, Diana (Juan) Gutierrez, and Ricardo R. (Virginia) Gonzalez. (14) Fourteen grandchildren and (11) Eleven Great-grandchildren. Also surviving her are numerous other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held on Monday, November 14, 2011 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. at San Bernardo Ave. Funeral Services will begin Monday morning November 15, 2011 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at Mother Cabrini Catholic Church. Interment will then follow in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
