EDWIN CARL WICKLUND Edwin Carl Wicklund, 44, passed away on Saturday, November 15, 2014 at his local residence. Mr. Wicklund was born in Laredo, Texas and had been a life long resident. He is preceded in death by brother, George David Carrillo. Maternal grandparents, Jesus and Francisca B. Rodriguez. Cousin, Severo Reyes, III., Sandra Lopez and Raul "Momo" Garcia. Paternal grandparents, Edwin Carl and Connie Wicklund. He is survived by his mother, Maria Odilia Rodriguez Wicklund. Brother John Carrillo. Daughter, Roxanne M. Wicklund. Sister, Mary Elizabeth Cuellar. Nephews, John David Carrillo, II., Michael J. Carrillo, Linda Chavez and David Alexander Flores. Also surviving him are numerous uncles, aunts, Cousins and many friends. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 from 4 to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7:00 p.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons Northside Chapel, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave. Committal services will be held on a later date.
