ELIZABETH SOTO BARRERA

Elizabeth Soto Barrera, 38, passed away on Wednesday, January 14, 2026.

Mrs. Barrera was born in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico and was a long life resident of Laredo, Texas.

She is preceded in death by her Sister, Guadalupe Soto Mancha.

She is survived by her loving husband, Ricardo Barrera.
Children, Stephanie Soto, Jose Luis Soto, Christopher Calvillo-Soto, Catherine Soto-Mancha, Kiara Barrera, Ricardo Barrera JR., Blanca Nichol Barrera and Nicki Barrera.
Parents, Jose and Yolanda Soto.
Siblings, Jose Manuel Soto and Anita Mancha.

Also surviving her are nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 30, 2026 from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and a Religious service will be held at 11 a.m. in the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. at San Bernardo Ave. Committal services and interment will follow at the Laredo City Cemetery.
