ELODIA MEDELES
Elodia Medeles, 66, passed away on Tuesday, March 15, 2016 in San Antonio, Texas.
Miss Medeles was born in Laredo, Texas and had been a life long resident.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Leonardo and Maria del Carmen Medeles.
She is survived by her sisters, San Juanita (Juan Esteban) Almazan Sr. and Susie (Victor) Melendez Sr.
Brother, Leonardo (Flor) Medeles Jr.
Nieces and nephews, Leticia (Ruben) Gutierrez, Victor (Imelda) Melendez Jr., Juan Esteban Almazan Jr., Jaime (Terry) Almazan, Sandra (David) Herrera Jr. and Guadalupe "Lupita" Medeles.
Also surviving her are other nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles,numerous other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 17, 2016 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the
Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave.
Funeral services will begin at 8:05 a.m. on Friday, March 18, 2016 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 8:30 a.m. at San Luis Rey Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will then follow in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
