ELVIRA GARCIA Elvira Garcia, 88, passed away on Sunday, July 26, 2015 at a local hospital. Mrs. Garcia was born in Villa Ignacio Ramirez, Durango and had been a long life resident of Laredo, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents Mr. and Mrs. Jesus Ma. and Reynalda T. Garcia. Brothers, Jesus Ma. Garcia, Virginia Camacho, Elena Barraza and Jaime Garcia. Daughter, Martha Leticia Solis. She is survived by her Daughter, Carmen Lezcano. Sisters, Teresa Garcia, Delfina Garcia and Sister Socorro Garcia. Grandchildren, Martha Y. Solis, Jaime E. Molina, Carmen Macdonald, Veronica Molina, Michael Lezcano, Ricardo Pompa Jr., Alexander Lezcano and Lizzette Lezcano. Great-Grandchildren, Dezteny Molina, Dominick Izaah, Savannah Aleighney, Bella Mia, Kassandra Garcia, Alexandra Garcia, Robert Garcia, Victoria Rose Molina William B. Molina and Arturo Gomez. Great-Great-Grandchild, Gavin Cespedes. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 29, 2015 from 4 to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez Lopez and Sons Northside Chapel, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave. Funeral Services will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 30, 2015 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. at Mother Cabrini Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will then follow in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
