Elvira Guzman, 77, passed away on Thursday, October 6, 2022.

Mrs. Guzman was born in Colombia, N.L., Mexico and was a long life resident of Laredo, Texas.

She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, of over 22 years of marriage, Jesus Maria Guzman.

Brother, Jose Ramos.

Mother, Silvestra Ramos Arispe.

Father, Macario Ramos.

Grandson, Rodrigo Antonio Guzman Jr.

Great granddaughter, Cattalya De Luna.

She is survived by her children, Carlos Guzman, Rodrigo Antonio (Ruth Josefina) Guzman, Jesus Maria Guzman (Carmen Cordova), Maria Luisa Guzman (Steven Ortegon), Maria del Rosario Guzman (Victor Salazar Perez), San Juanita Noemi Guzman (Gustavo Martinez Jr.)

Grandchildren she raised as her own, Ashley Guzman and Carlos Manuel Valero. Other grandchildren, Galilea Fernanda Valero, Jesus Maria Guzman, Brenda Lee Guzman, Jesus Alejandro Guzman, Enrique Luciano Guzman, Caylee Guzman, Jerry Guzman, Rodrigo Antonio Guman Jr., Octavio Manuel Martinez, Nathan Emmanuel Valero, Isabella Guzman, Abriana Guzman, Rodrigo Antonio Guzman IV, Luis Fernando Guzman, Abel Adrian Guzman, Jayden Salazar, Nicky Uvalle and Isai Uvalle.

Numerous great-grandchildren; Raymond Gutierrez Jr., Delilah Giselle Gutierrez, Aleah Uvalle, Ysabella Neveah Guzman, Zoey Guzman, Briele Guzman and Adeline Eileen Valero.

Also surviving her are numerous other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 9, 2022 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a religious service, officiated by a family member, will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave . Committal services will be held on a later date.
