EMMA P. VELASQUEZ
Emma P. Velasquez, 70, passed away on Monday, January 06, 2020 in Laredo, Texas.
Mrs. Velasquez was born in Laredo, Texas and had been a lifelong resident.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Santiago and Sara Palacios.
Brother, Santiago Palacios Jr.
She is survived by her children, Angelica (Rodolfo) Trejo, Gilberto (Erika) Velasquez and Miguel Angel (Silvia) Velasquez.
9 grandchildren.
Sisters, Minerva P. Tobias, Maria Elena Palacios, Gloria Palacios, Alicia Palacios, Maria de la Luz Palacios, Rosa Palacios and Maria de Jesus Palacios.
Brother, Oscar (Rosa) Palacios.
Also surviving her are other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 09, 2020 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be officiated at 6:30 p.m. at the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. at San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home chapel at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, January 10, 2020. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
