ENRIQUE SALAS JR.

Enrique Salas Jr., 82, passed away on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 in Laredo, Texas.

Mr. Salas was born in Laredo, Texas and had been a lifelong resident.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Enrique and Teresa Salas.
Son, Enrique Salas III.
Brothers, Oscar Salas and Luis Carlos Salas.

He is survived by his loving wife, of 28 years of marriage, Fermina R. Salas.
Children, Esteban Salas, Linda Teresa Salas, Isis Gomez and Marcos (Abril) Gomez.
Numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Sisters, Rosa Rodriguez and Maria (Daniel) Gonzalez.

Also surviving him are other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 19, 2026 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. followed by a second visitation on Friday, February 20, 2026 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Religious service will be officiated at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. at San Bernardo Ave. Committal services will be held on a later date.
