ENRIQUE MEJIA
Enrique Mejia, 65, passed away on Sunday, June 5, 2016 at a local hospital.
Mr. Mejia was born in Laredo, Texas and had been a life long resident.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Juan Pablo Mejia and Ruperta Esquivel Mejia.
Sister, Eliza Perez.
Brother, Jose Mejia.
Son, Ricardo Mejia.
Granddaughter, Mariana Mejia.
He is survived by his loving wife, of 47 years of marriage, Teresa Mejia.
Children, Carlos (Ana Laura) Mejia, Enrique Mejia Jr., Ernesto (Claudia) Mejia and Rene (Delia) Mejia.
Grandchildren, Carlos Mejia Jr., Isaac Israel Mejia, Alexandra Denise Mejia, Ernesto Mejia Jr., Gabriela Mejia, Juan Pablo Mejia and Brianna Nicole Mejia.
Brothers, Juan Mejia Jr., Rogelio Mejia, and Raul Mejia.
Sister, Maria Mendoza.
Also surviving him are numerous nephews, nieces, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 8, 2016 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the
Hernandez-Lopez and Sons East Chapel, 4500 Thomas Ave.
Funeral services will begin at 8:15 a.m. on Thursday, June 9, 2016 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. at San Vicente De Paul Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will be held in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
