ENRIQUE ANTONIO RAMIREZ

Enrique Antonio Ramirez, 59, passed away on Saturday, August 3, 2024.

Mr. Ramirez was born and raised in Laredo, Texas. He is preceded in death by his Parents, Luis M. Ramirez and Elena Guadalupe Luna De Ramirez, and by his brother, Abraham A. Ramirez.

He is survived by his sister, Gloria Estela (Santos) Reyes and by his brother Luis M. Ramirez Jr.

Nieces and nephews, Abraham A. (Cassandra) Reyes, Christine (Julio) Reyes Salazar, Luis M. Ramirez III and Steven Ramirez.

Grand nieces and nephews, Kayley Reyes, Kayden Reyes, Ayden Reyes, Avery Luna Reyes, Daniel J. Salazar and Isabella E. Salazar.

Also surviving him are numerous other relatives and many friends.

The family would like to give a heartfelt gratitude to the Staff at the Laredo Medical Center ICU and to the home health care, Nursing from the Heart, for the special attention and loving care which they provided. They would also like to give a special "Thank You" to his caretaker, Estela Luna for tending to him and also to Vara Hospice for the professional care provided.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 10, 2024 from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. and San Bernardo Ave. A Liturgy of the Word will be officiated at 11:30 a.m.by the Rev. Deacon Hector D. Hernandez in the funeral home chapel. Committal services and interment will immediately follow the service at noon in the Laredo City Cemetery.

PALLBEARERS WERE: Santos Reyes, Abraham Reyes, Rene Solis, Raul Martinez, Mike Ramirez and Robbie Luna.

HONORARY PALLBEARERS WERE: Christine Reyes Salazar, Kayley Chanelle Reyes and Kayden Alexa Reyes.
