ESPERANZA ARCE

Esperanza Arce Martinez, 75, passed away on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at her residence in Laredo, Texas.

Esperanza Arce was born in Villa Hidalgo, Coahuila Mexico and had been a resident of Laredo for quite some time.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Genaro and Zulema Arce Martinez.
Sister, Enedina Arce Rodriguez.

Ms. Arce is survived by her siblings Armandina Arce, Jorge Arce Sr.,  and Genaro (Delfina) Arce.
She is also survived by her beloved niece and nephew, Zulema (Alfredo) Cruz, Lorena (Christopher) Williams, Jorge Arce Jr. who she devoted most of her life too.

Also surviving her are numerous other relatives and many friends.

The family wishes to extend a special thank you to Dr. Antonio Santillan-Gomez and Dr. Mohsen Ghadimi-Mahani.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 27, 2025 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. at the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. at San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home chapel at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, October 28, 2025. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. at San Luis Rey Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
