EVA VIOLA RAINES

Eva Viola Raines, 83, passed away on Tuesday, April 8, 2025.

Mrs. Raines was born in Zapata, Texas and was a long life resident of Laredo, Texas.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Ildefonso and Celia Ramirez.
Brother, Hector Ramirez.
She is survived by her sons, John Raines, Gerald (Yolanda) Raines, Michael (Roberta) Raines and Luis (Anna) Raines.
9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Sisters, Eloisa (Leo) Flores and Emma (Mario) Garza.
Also surviving her are other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday April 12, 2025 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a religious service will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave . Committal services will be held on a later date.
